The AGA Women in GI Southern workshop offered participants an opportunity to hear from women leaders in GI via panel discussions on what women bring to the table, the challenges facing women, innovation in career pathways, and questions related to recruitment, retention, avoiding burnout and finding/offering mentorship within the field, as well as a mindfulness meditation session.
